Designed for the temporary restriction of arterial and venous blood circulation in the upper and lower extremities by applying external mechanical pressure on soft tissues and indirectly on blood vessels. Used during venipuncture or to control bleeding.
It features a self-adjusting tensioning system and a Velcro fastener, allowing for one-handed application. The convenient Velcro closure ensures secure placement on the upper arm or thigh, regardless of muscle mass. A universal windlass enables effective bleeding control without excessive pressure and allows for gradual compression release when needed. Locking clamps securely hold the tourniquet in place, preventing it from loosening.
